WEST UNION - It was a fast start for Osage but turned into heart-stopping finish as the Green Devils held off North Fayette Valley 24-19 in the first game of district play on Sept. 18 in West Union.

“I was just glad we were able to find a way to grind it out, get one more stop and win the game,” said head coach Chris Kyhl. “The boys said on the way home they felt like we didn't play great and still found a way to win and that is always a good thing.”
