Kevin Adelmund, owner of Sportsman's Inn and Grill, which includes the Osage Motel, plans to convert the motel's 20 rooms into 10 one-bedroom apartments. Adelmund owns the property through McIntosh Estates LLC. He said converting the motel rooms into apartments has been the plan since he purchased the property around 2022.
