OSAGE — In a classroom where students are encouraged to struggle, collaborate and solve problems on their own, coding education at Osage Community School District is teaching far more than how to use a computer.

At the center of that effort is Thatcher Goodale, a STEM and science teacher and assistant varsity girls wrestling coach, whose classroom focuses on building confidence, creativity and critical-thinking skills through project-based computer science.
